WHAT'S COMING UP at ClearWater Arts:

Join us for the Opening Reception, Saturday August 10, 2024, of
Jerome Hall Western Art, an Exhibition of Original Oil Paintings
Artist, Jerome Hall will show samples of his in-process work and share his methods, at his Artist Talk! Don't miss this charming and engaging character's stories! Exhibit On View thru 9/28.

Free/ all are welcome.

Join us at 2nd Saturday Open Studios on August 10th!
Every 2nd Saturday, 10am – 2pm
Resident artists will be present and working in their studios, available for questions and observations. ClearWater Ceramics Center will be open for a look, with enrolled students at work.
This event is free and open to the public;  All are welcome.


ClearWater will be in the CONCORD ART WALK  this year!
Come visit us at the Cabarrus Arts Council's Art Walk-  Downtown AND at ClearWater on Saturday, September 7th from 11AM-4PM!  Park onsite at either location and take the shuttle to the Art Walk or to the Studios! At our Ceramics booth downtown, you can create in a fun, free ceramic tile activity, enter a raffle for cool prizes, and purchase t-shirts from our t-shirt design contest! 


Fall Session classes are open for registration at the ClearWater Ceramics Center!
Registration can be done on-site at the Ceramics Center, the ClearWater Main Building, and/or other Parks & Recs Centers. You may also register online via https://secure.rec1.com/NC/concord-nc/catalog, within the 'ClearWater Arts Center' tab. 


First Friday Wheel Workshop!

12 & Up—Max 10 people!
Registration closes Sept. 3— ENROLL NOW to save your spot!

Ideal for those interested in exploring pottery in a fun and social setting, this workshop offers an introductory experience at the potter’s wheel.

All materials are included with the class; See Class Description for more info.

You may also register online via https://secure.rec1.com/NC/concord-nc/catalog, within the 'ClearWater Arts Center' tab. Use the Link (above) and follow the instructions/ look for the ClearWater Arts Center & Studios tab.To register, you must create an account on the City Of Concord Civic Rec software platform for the Concord Parks & Recreation department (ClearWater Arts is a City facility, within the Parks & Recreation Dept); 

—> this account can then be used for all future registrations for any future ClearWater Arts program AND any other City of Concord Parks & Recreation activities. 😃
