THIS MONTH— the Monthly Neighborhood Community Association Meeting has been designated as a Steering Committee Meeting for planning of the upcoming Fall Festival, which debuted last October. Reps from involved parties will join Board members of the Assocation for an initial planning meeting.

This October 19th, prepare to enjoy a variety of activities and the involvement of many parties at the Fall Festival (name may change), including the Southern Piedmont Woodturners, The annual Sundrop Poundcake Portrait Paint-Off (formerly every February) and ClearWater’s individual tenant artists, along with visiting performers, vendors and groups coordinated by the Community Association!
