Does your child love to cook? Join chef Bob in the kitchen with this one of a kind experience. Your child will learn what it takes to cook for multiple days.The full immersion of making and scaling recipes, working as a team and having a fun time over food always makes for a great time. The kids will get to prepare their lunch meal for the day and have a tasty treat to bring home to share. The week concludes with a ‘Nailed-It!’ style cake-decorating competition in the Friday session.
Five-Day Tuition: $310 per student

Location: Greenway Gallery Kitchen at Clearwater Arts Center & Studios
For Kids Age 9-13 ONLY
Class Limits: 10 kids minimum / 12 kids maximum per session

FIVE DAY SCHEDULE:
8:50 am - Drop Off
Doors will open for drop off and we will get started. While students arrive, they can work on their cookbook to take home. By the end of the week, they will have a full cookbook of recipes.
9:15 am - Morning Snack
We will break into our groups and start working on our morning snack. Each day will be different items for different groups to work on. They are items such as muffins, coffee cake, cinnamon buns, nutrition bars.
10:30 am - Snack Time!
Students share (and eat) what they have made!
11:00 am - Clean & Lunch Prep
Students will be given recipes in their groups to make a piece of the lunch they will share together.
1:00 pm - Lunchtime!
Also, the lesson of the day will be given by Chef Bob.
1:30 pm - Clean-Up!
2:00 pm - Parents arrive!
This will be the agenda for Monday through Thursday.
We will be having a special day on Fridays!!
"Nailed It" Friday:
Fridays will be our "nailed it" competition day, named after the popular show!
Students will have the opportunity to make their own cakes and make icing and decorate a cake.
We will have guest judges come in each Friday to help judge the winners!!
