NOTE-- Public Access depends on whether the Manager (our only staff person) is called offsite. Most weekdays, you can find her here between 10am-6pm; however, meetings at City Hall (she is a City Employee) and other locales sometimes necessitate leaving the door locked.  Even if you arrive to a locked door, try the doorbell as sometimes artists may be able to let a visitor in.  Calling ahead is your best bet.
